1. Who we are
mark-trd-school.com ("the website", "we", "us") is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Petruk Oleksandr Romanovych, 44/140 Molodizhna Street, Kvasyliv, Rivne district, Rivne region, Ukraine, individual tax number 5486328970. Contact: mark-trd-school@gmail.com.
2. What we provide
General educational information about how financial markets, financial instruments and trading platforms operate, delivered as free one-to-one sessions on simulated demo accounts, together with this website.
We are not a broker, an investment firm, a portfolio manager or a financial adviser. We are not authorised or regulated by any financial regulator, and we carry out no regulated activity. We do not hold, receive or manage client money, and we do not transmit or execute orders.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing on the website or in any session is investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation, an inducement or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. No content takes account of your financial situation, objectives or needs. No profit, income or outcome is promised, guaranteed, projected or implied. See the risk disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
4. Eligibility
You may use the website and book sessions only if you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. The website is not directed at, and sessions are not offered to, residents of any jurisdiction where doing so would breach local law or regulation, including the United States, Canada, Japan, Belgium, and any territory subject to applicable sanctions. You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you.
5. The sessions
- Sessions are free of charge. No payment is requested at any stage, and none is accepted.
- Places are limited and offered at our discretion. We are not obliged to accept any request.
- All practical work is carried out on demo accounts funded with virtual currency. We do not ask for access to any live account, and you must not give us any account credentials.
- Either side may end the arrangement at any time, for any reason, without notice or cost. We may end it in particular where a participant appears to be at risk of harm, is abusive, or repeatedly fails to attend.
- We do not record sessions. You may record your own session if you tell us beforehand.
6. Your responsibilities
- Any decision you make about your money is yours alone, taken on your own judgement.
- You will not present anything learned here as advice from us, or use our name to promote a product, a broker or a service.
- You will not use the website or the bot unlawfully, abusively, or to interfere with their operation.
- You will not send us identity documents, account credentials, payment details or authentication codes.
7. Referral fees
We may receive referral fees from third-party brokerage firms if you open an account through a referral link. This creates a conflict of interest, it is optional, and it costs you nothing. It is described in full on How it is funded, which forms part of these terms.
8. Third-party links and platforms
The website and the sessions may reference third-party websites, brokers, trading platforms and services. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, conduct, terms, fees or availability. Any dealing with them is between you and them, and you should verify their regulatory status in your own country before doing anything.
9. Intellectual property
The text, design and materials on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may read them, print them and share links to them for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell or present them as your own, or use them to promote a commercial offering, without written permission.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw the website, the bot or the sessions at any time.
11. Liability
The website and the sessions are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, and accept no liability for any trading loss, investment loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of the website, the sessions, or any decision you take afterwards.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
